Maximum comfort (5 mm): Soft cushioning ideal for walking, standing, or all-day wear.
Dynamic arch support: Promotes foot alignment while keeping muscles active.
Medium/High arch profile: Personalized support based on your arch height.
SIZE: Choose your standard shoe size. If you fall between sizes, go up to the next size and trim to fit. TRIM: Trace the old insole on top of the Icebug Insole, then cut along the line to trim off the excess.
